What is Member Reporting Verification?
Member reporting verification (MRV) is the process of verifying the new employee's retirement status prior to enrolling the employee into the retirement system.
There are four ways to do an MRV:
- By using the Member Reporting Verification application
- By Email:
- By Phone: 800-547-6657, option 6 OR 360-664-7200, option 2
- By Fax: 360-753-1090

You will need an Electronic Services ID and password to access online MRV. To obtain an ID and password, email Employer Support Services.
