The Law Enforcement Officers’ and Fire Fighters’ Retirement System (LEOFF) Plan 2 contribution rates will remain at their current level, subject to future LEOFF Plan 2 Retirement Board action.

This email is to inform you that the LEOFF Plan 2 Retirement Board opted to delay the adoption of LEOFF Plan 2 contribution rates. This was decided at the LEOFF Plan 2 Retirement Board meeting held today. For additional information, please review the LEOFF Plan 2 Supplemental Rate Adoption - Final Proposal Report that is posted on the board’s website.
