Supplemental Pension Contribution Rate Changes
On July 22, 2009 the Law Enforcement Officers’ and Fire Fighters’ (LEOFF) Plan 2 Retirement Board adopted the following supplemental contribution rates. These new supplemental rates are due to the cost of the following pension related legislation passed during the 2009 Legislative Session.
HB1953: Allowing department of fish and wildlife enforcement officers to transfer service credit.
New contribution rates are presented in the chart below and are effective September 1, 2009.
