What’s the funniest question you’ve ever been asked by an employer? The funniest question I've been asked by an employer is, "Do you get sick of hearing from me?" The answer is heavens no! Persistence pays off, and working through the corrections and credit redistributions gets you to the goal – a zero balance.

What do you like about working with employers?

I enjoy working with employers because it’s great to know that I have helped someone balance out their account.

What’s the best advice you have for employers? Don’t be afraid to call. If I don’t have an answer, I’ll find the person who does.

Jenice Thompson:

How long have you worked for DRS? I’ve worked 29 years for DRS – 25 of those years in Accounts Receivable.

What do you like about working with employers? The people! They are so wonderful and they work hard to ensure things are correct.

What’s the best advice you have for employers? Pay through E-pay. It’s the easiest and most accurate way to get payments to DRS. AND … Don’t be afraid to call to ask for help.
